Convenient Drug Screening
You will receive either a urine drug screen or an oral swab in the mail. Complete it within an agreed upon time, snap a picture of the results, and upload it directly to your patient portal.

She has witnessed her patients’ lives improve with medication assisted treatment and believes that access to life-saving medication should be convenient and readily available. Her goal is for her patients to achieve stability in their recovery and lead meaningful, productive lives. Audrey strongly believes in actively listening to each patient at every visit to ensure she has a thorough understanding of her patient’s unique needs. She is a mother of two, gardener, avid home cook.
